Bulk Order FAQ's
A bulk order is an order of 6 or more of the same printed product, or 12 or more of the same embroidered product. A bulk order can include different sizes, but the product, colour, and front design must be the same. For products with back designs, you can add individual names and numbers to each.
To maximize savings on printed bulk orders, we will use the most efficient printing method which may include our vinyl applied with heat press, digital printing, screen printing or embroidery.
Anyone can order in bulk. It's perfect for individuals, teams, schools, businesses, booster clubs, fraternities, sororities, and other groups.
URstore features a wide range of apparel, accessories and hard goods suitable for sports teams, schools, organizations and many more. Our products include but are not limited to: uniforms, track suits, shirts, hats, bags, jackets, and fan accessories (water bottles, blankets, umbrellas, etc.)
You can order any printed item in bulk. Bulk discounts for printed products start at 6 pieces. Please note that to maximize savings on your bulk order, we will use the most efficient printing method. If you place subsequent orders, the printing method may be different.
You can order any embroidered item in bulk. Bulk discounts for embroidered products start at 12 pieces. Your bulk order price is based on the product, type of design, stitch count, and number of colours.
The standard production time is 7 to 10 business days. Your delivery time will vary depending on which shipping method you choose. You will be notified via email when your order is finished and ready to ship.
URstore accepts American Express, MasterCard, and Visa or cheques with pre-approved accounts.
We can only accept returns on damaged or misprinted items. Since items in a bulk order are customized, correctly produced items are not returnable.
Changes or cancellations on bulk orders are only accepted before 11:59 pm PST on the same day the order is placed. To cancel orders placed on weekends or holidays, Contact us by 9:00 am (PST) the next business day, at email@example.com ALL customized orders require 50% deposit & the balance to be paid before or at time of delivery.
To order samples of any of our products, contact us at admin@URstore.net.net or call toll-free 1-866-306-9353 . If you wish to see a finished sample, simply place a regular order for a finished product. Please note that the printing method may vary from your sample order to the final produced bulk order. Finished samples cannot be returned.
Yes, artwork is to be provided to us in a high resolution vector artwork (.ai, .eps, .cdr, .pdf). If artwork requires graphic development or is not supplied in high resolution format, additional charges will be applicable.
Download and fill out the Roster PDF form that appears in this section. You will see a roster grid with boxes for names, numbers and sizes for each item. Enter a number and/or a name in the appropriate fields.
We are happy to work with you on any future bulk orders you may have. However, as our bulk pricing is based on many factors such as printing method, product, colour, etc., we cannot guarantee price matching from one bulk order to another.
Minimum Order Requirements:
Minimum total pieces required for the set-up and execution of a Pop-up Store is 36 pcs., inclusive of at least 12 pcs per style / color.
Minimums Not Achieved:
Pricing & estimated quantities - URstore quotes best pricing based on estimated quantities provided by our customers. If quantities are not achieved at store closing, URstore will inform the store key contact and provide the following options;
A) Customer to pay additional decoration set up and surcharges on unmet minimums to cover costs
B) Customer to purchase up to estimated quantities on quote or minimum quantity
C) URstore to choose to either process the lower quantities ordered or to cancel and refund individual shoppers
URstore will verify all ‘Bulk shipped’ (vs individually bagged) orders prior to shipping and enclose an order summary ‘packing list’ in the boxes. All Individually bagged orders will be delivered complete with individual order invoice / details.
Receipt of Orders / Discrepancies:
The group key contact or administrator must verify quantities upon receipt of Bulk Shipment. All individually bagged orders to be veri?ed by the individual purchaser. In the case of a discrepancy we require notice within 24 hours of receipt of the order.
Replacement pieces may take up to 4 weeks or more depending on product / supplier availability. Replacement decorating techniques may di?er from the original as ‘one o?s’ may require a di?erent decoration technique from the original (ie. screen print vs decal or digital print) and may vary signi?cantly (colour, sheen, touch, etc.) from the originals.
Print Decoration Type:
Print decoration type (DTG, Screen Print, Vinyl Heat Press) will be selected (by URstore) depending on the art and quantities sold unless expressly directed by the customer.
If you chose to add a fundraising element onto your online pop-up store products, payments are made after the 10th of the month following the closing of the store. Please allow 30 days for cheque delivery.
Sample / Size Set Policy:
Blank samples & size sets may be purchased at 50% of quoted prices. If samples are received back at URstore within 25 days of order in the same condition as originally purchased, they will either be refunded or used in the bulk order. Freight for samples to be borne by the customer.
All items are customized individually or in bulk. As such, URstore will be responsible for manufacturers defects only. Item / sizes selected by the customer and deemed to be the incorrect size upon delivery are not eligible as returns.
