Your order is custom-produced at our facility in Vancouver, BC. Please allow 8-12 business days for production time PLUS days for shipping. Bulk orders will be completed in 2-3 weeks. On rare occasion we may experience delays in our production process due to, but not limited to, unforeseen increases in demand, holidays, third party vendor logistics, work stoppage, power failures, inclement weather, or other variables that could adversely affect the daily operations of URstore.

I have ordered products with my organization's name from you in the past, but now I cannot find its store. What happened?
It’s possible that your organization closed its online store. Contact customer service at email@example.com to inquire on your specific organization.
We cannot modify or remove graphics, or add or delete full lines of text. In certain cases we may be able to modify the text that is already there. Please contact customer service for assistance at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our Gift Cards work a little differently than most in that they must be applied to your account before purchase in order to be redeemed.

To apply your gift card to your account:
- Login to your account
- After logging in, you will see the Gift Card tab on the right side of your dashboard
- Click the Gift Card Tab
- Type your Gift Card Code in to the 'Gift Card Code' text box
- Click 'Apply'
Your Gift Card balance will be displayed in the Green Box to the right.
To redeem an amount from your Gift Card:
- Gift Cards are redeemed at the Payment Entry step in the Checkout process
- When you have a Gift Card balance on your account, a box will appear asking if you wish to apply an amount to your purchase
- Type your desired amount in to the Gift Card box and click "Apply Now"
- If your Gift Card amount is greater than the grand total of your purchase, enter the amount equal to the grand total of your purchase
- If your Gift Card amount is less than the grand total of your purchase, and you wish to redeem your entire Gift Card balance, enter the entire balance
To receive a BOGO discount:
- There must be a BOGO promotion running at the date of your purchase
- There needs to be at least 1 main product, and 1 discount product in the cart for the code to be applied
- These items and their required quantities are identified in the various promotional graphics displayed throughout the Online Store and are supplied via email to members of our promotional email database

Logos / artwork designs (on garments) are not all processed on the same printing equipment therefore, colors, opaqueness, sheen & brightness may vary from piece to piece depending on the decoration process. We use both Digital Print (ink based – not completely opaque) & Vinyl Heat Transfer (vinyl – completely opaque) depending on Styles, Fabric and Production facility capabilities.
Shipping & Returns
We begin processing your order immediately upon purchase. Our goal is to have online orders shipped from our warehouse in 8-12 business days. Weekends, holidays, and unusually high-order volume periods can cause delays in the shipping process.
If you item you ordered happens to be out of stock, we will notify you via email so that you can choose a different colour item, or remove the item from your order.
Online and bulk orders ship via Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS. On rare occasions we may experience delays in our production process due to unforeseen increases in demand, holidays, or other variables that could adversely affect the daily operations of URstore.
The package recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of North America may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Contact your local customs office for further information.
URstore will accept the following items for returns:
- Products with printing defects or not produced according to order
- Items with manufacturing damage or defects
- Items damaged in shipment
URstore will only accept limited returns for the following items:
- Products produced as ordered
- Free or promotional items
- Items ordered through Bulk Orders
For health and safety reasons all Face Covers, decorated or blank, are final sale.
Because URstore products are a one-of-a-kind items created specific to the order, we do not accept returns for products that are produced as ordered. For quality concerns, please contact us at 1-866-306-9353 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Our merchants work closely with our vendors and brands to provide reliable sizing for each apparel item. However, because we carry a wide variety of styles and brands, sizing fluctuates from product to product. Each item on our website includes a size chart and measuring instructions. You can find the size chart for each product located below the product image on a specific product's page. In most cases, we provide body measurements for each size. Some products may also indicate the manufacturing specifications, such as garment width or length.

The product says it "runs small" or "runs large". Should I order a different size than what I typically wear?
We encourage our customers to share their opinions and feedback regarding their purchase. We share this information with you to help in the buying process. However with product reviews, it’s important to remember that customers’ body types range greatly. Our goal is to provide you with both the product size chart and the product reviews to help you make the most informed choice. This information does not match the question asked; Change either the question or the information.
I'm placing a large order for a team or group, would I be able to get different sized samples to try on?
Yes, in most cases. Any samples given out will need to be returned. Please reference our Bulk Order page for additional information.
We recommend that you first try to obtain your body measurements as this will provide you with the best guide for selecting a size. Refer to our How to Take Body Measurements page for more information. Another option is to measure a comfortable apparel item you own and compare it to the garment specifications, labeled as width and length in the size chart.
