Shipping and Returns
We begin processing your order immediately upon purchase. Our goal is to have online orders shipped from our warehouse in 5 business days. Weekends, holidays, and unusually high-order volume periods can cause delays in the shipping process.
If you item you ordered happens to be out of stock, we will notify you via email so that you can choose a different colour item, or remove the item from your order.
Online and bulk orders ship via Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, and FredEx. On rare occasions we may experience delays in our production process due to unforseen increases in demand, holidays, or other variables that could adversely affect the daily operations of URstore.
The package recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of North America may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Contact your local customs office for further information.
URstore will accept the following items for returns:
- Products with printing defects or not produced according to order
- Items with manufacturing damage or defects.
- Items damaged in shipment
URstore will only accepts limited returns for the following items:
- Products produced as ordered
- Free or promotional items
- Items ordered through Bulk Orders
Because URstore products are a one-of-a-kind item created especially for it's customers, we do not accept returns for products that are produced as ordered. Please contact us at 1-866-306-9353 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of receiving your order so we may assist you
